Sansan Completes 1.26 Billion Yen Share Buyback

Sansan (TYO:4443) completed a 1.26 billion yen share buyback, repurchasing 811,600 common shares, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The Japan-based software company said the transaction was conducted through the market purchase on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's discretionary investment contract.

The share buyback was conducted between June 1 and 18 under a board authorization to repurchase up to 2 million shares, equivalent to 1.58% of issued share capital excluding treasury stock, for up to 2 billion yen.
