Sankei Real Estate Pushes Tender Offer Deadline to May 18

-- Sankei Real Estate ()TYO:2972 will extend the tender offer period for its units to May 18 while keeping the offer price at 125,000 yen per unit, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The extension will delay the timeline for planned squeeze-out procedures to make the offerors the sole unitholders, though the amount to be delivered per unit will remain unchanged.

Settlement of the tender offer is scheduled to begin on May 25, while the payment date for the squeeze-out process has yet to be determined. The REIT also said it will not pay a distribution for the fiscal period ended February 2026.
