San Far Property (TPE:9946) board has resolved not to distribute any cash or stock dividends for the first quarter, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Shares slid over 1% in Wednesday's late morning trade.
The property developer did not disclose further details regarding the decision.
