Samsung C&T Selected as Builder for Seongsu Housing Redevelopment Project

Samsung C&T (KRX:028260) has been chosen as the constructor for the Seongsu Strategic Renewal Zone 3 Housing Redevelopment Project in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

The expected contract amount is approximately 1.828 trillion won, excluding VAT, equivalent to 4.49% of the company's 2025 consolidated sales.

The project involves the development of apartment buildings and neighborhood living facilities at 572-7, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.

The confirmation date of Sept. 19 refers to the client's general meeting date, and the contract amount is subject to change, with separate disclosure to follow upon signing of the main contract.
