Samsara to See More Growth Ahead From Large Customers, AI, International Demand, RBC Says

By

Samsara (IOT) could see further growth in H2 fiscal 2027 as demand from large customers, newer products, government clients, international markets and AI remains strong, while higher revenue guidance leaves room for more upside, RBC Capital Markets said in a note Thursday.

Samsara now expects fiscal 2027 revenue to grow 26%, up from its previous forecast of 24%, though results could still come in above that outlook in H2 as growth from large customers remains a key driver, with strong gains in clients spending more than $100,000 and $1 million a year, RBC said.

Newer products should also support future growth after they made up more than 20% of new contract value for a third straight quarter, while use of Samsara's latest AI features rose more than fourfold over two months, according to the note.

The investment firm also sees more room for growth in government and international markets, with Europe showing strong new business growth and the public sector increasing its contribution during the quarter.

RBC kept its outperform rating for Samsara and raised its price target to $55 from $50.
