Samaiden's (KLSE:SAMAIDEN) Cambodian subsidiary has issued a 30-day notice to end a memorandum of understanding related to a proposed biogas and renewable energy project in Kampong Seila, Cambodia, according to a Friday Malaysian bourse filing.
The decision follows the absence of a definitive agreement and limited progress since the MOU was signed. The termination will take effect on July 12.
The company does not expect the termination to have any impact on earnings, it said.
