Salt Investments (SGX:FQ7) has applied for a two-month extension to hold its annual general meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, as its external audit requires additional time to complete, according to a Friday Singapore Exchange filing.
The company said its auditor, RT LLP, needs more time to complete the FY2026 audit, which is expected to finish by mid-September.
Salt Investments is seeking an extension from July 31 to Sept. 30 from the Singapore Exchange Regulation and plans to submit a separate application to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.
The company said it is working toward holding the annual general by Sept. 30, or earlier if the audit is completed sooner.
