Salt Investments' Fiscal H2 Loss Balloons Despite 158% Revenue Surge

Salt Investments' (SGX:FQ7) attributable loss to equity holders widened 136% to SG$12.6 million in the fiscal second half ended March 31 from SG$5.3 million a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Loss per share came in at SG$0.000555, compared with SG$0.000530 in the year-ago period.

The shipping company's revenue surged 158% year over year to SG$5.5 million from SG$2.1 million.

Zhipu AI Seeks Shanghai Bourse Sci-Tech Board listing

Knowledge Atlas Technology (HKG:2513), also known as Zhipu AI, proposed applying for a listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Sci-Tech Innovation Board, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.The company plans to issue between 9.1 million and 38.8 million new A shares, representing 2% to 8% of its enlarged share capital, subject to shareholder, regulatory, and exchange approvals.Net proceeds are intended for artificial intelligence general-purpose foundational large language models, a large-model MaaS one-stop service platform, and working capital.The projects have a total proposed investment of 15 billion yuan, according to the filing.Knowledge Atlas also proposed changing its English name to Z.AI Co. to align with its operational needs.Subject to approval and confirmation by the stock exchange, its English stock short name will also be changed, while its Chinese name will remain unchanged.Zhipu debuted in Hong Kong in January, raising net proceeds of about HK$4.17 billion.

Tinci Materials' Unit Raises Product Amount in Revised Procurement Deal

Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology's (SHE:002709) unit, Jiujiang Tinci Advanced Materials, revised its procurement cooperation agreement with companies under Wuhan Chuneng New Energy, raising the amount of product to be supplied, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.Tinci Advanced Materials will supply 1.01 million tons of electrolyte products to Wuhan Chuneng New Energy, Xiaogan Chuneng New Energy Innovation Technology, Yichang Chuneng New Energy Innovation Technology and Xiangyang Chuneng New Energy Innovation Technology until Dec. 31, 2030.The original amount of electrolyte products to be delivered in the previous contract was 550,000 tons.
