Salesforce's (CRM) updated fiscal 2027 outlook reflects a lift from both organic momentum and recent acquisitions, pointing to a stronger revenue trajectory than expected, RBC Capital Markets said Wednesday in a report.
Salesforce's revised fiscal 2027 revenue guidance implies $300 million of upside, including $200 million from the Contentful and Fin acquisitions and $100 million from organic strength tied to Agentforce, Data 360, and Slack, RBC said.
The company expects fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS of $16.67 to $16.71 on revenue of $46.1 billion to $46.4 billion, compared with previous guidance of EPS of $14.06 to $14.12 on revenue of $45.9 billion to $46.2 billion.
Salesforce's pricing strategy is increasingly organized around use cases rather than individual products, a "sensible" shift given varying customer maturity, RBC said. The approach supports average order value expansion over time as usage increases, the report said.
RBC raised its price target on Salesforce stock to $250 from $210 and maintained its sector-perform rating.
