Sabre (SABR) said late Tuesday it has priced an upsized offering by its Sabre Financial Borrower subsidiary of $1.35 billion of 9.875% senior secured notes due 2032.
Sabre said it will use the proceeds to fund a new inter-company loan to Sabre GLBL. The offering is expected to close Sept. 28.
Separately, the company also reported additional cash tender offers by Sabre GLBL for up $250 million of its securities, including 10.750% senior secured notes due 2029 and due 2030.
