Rubrik Q1 Swings to Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rises; Q2 Outlook Set

Rubrik (RBRK) reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $0.16 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.15 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.03.

Revenue for the three months ended April 30 rose to $387.1 million from $278.5 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $366.3 million.

Rubrik expects Q2 adjusted EPS of $0.03 to $0.05 on revenue of $395 million to $397 million. Analysts expect EPS of $0.02 on revenue of $383.5 million.

The company now expects fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS of $0.25 to $0.35 on revenue of $1.64 billion to $1.65 billion. That compares with the March 12 forecast for adjusted EPS of $0.07 to $0.27 on revenue of $1.6 billion to $1.61 billion. Analysts expect adjusted EPS of $0.18 on revenue of $1.61 billion.
