Rox Resources Signs Native Title Mining Agreement for Western Australia Gold Project Area

Rox Resources (ASX:RXL) and its wholly-owned subsidiary Rox (Murchison) signed a native title mining agreement with the Badimia Barna Native Title Claim Applicant for its Youanmi gold project area in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The agreement provides the consent of the Badimia Barna Native Title Claim Applicant for the grant and renewal of all future project tenements, as well as all future approvals required for project, mining and exploration activities across the tenements.

It also establishes a framework for ongoing cooperation between the parties in relation to heritage protection, environmental consultation, employment, training and contracting opportunities.
