Rox Resources Progresses Construction at Western Australia Gold Mine

Rox Resources (ASX:RXL) made "significant" construction progress on the processing plant at its Youanmi gold mine in Western Australia in recent weeks, with bulk earthworks now complete and tailings dam construction underway, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Access to the first production levels in Youanmi Main has started from the main decline, and ore drive development is mostly complete on the first two levels in the United North deposit, per the filing.

Meanwhile, the accommodation camp is also complete and ready for use as the company aims to progress the Youanmi Gold Mine toward a 150,000-ounce per year operation, the company said.
