Rossell Techsys (NSE:ROSSTECH, BOM:544294) is expanding its manufacturing capacity through an additional leased facility near its existing unit, according to a Monday filing on Indian bourses.
Shares of the company fell nearly 4% in Tuesday's trade.
The company plans to add 210,000 square feet of capacity in phases. Currently, it has capacity of 255,000 square feet, the filing said.
Rossell Techsys said the expansion will require an investment of about 300 million rupees, which it plans to fund through debt and internal accruals, according to the filing.
