Ronshine China (HKG:3301) renewed two continuing connected transaction agreements for property management and landscape engineering services through 2028, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The new agreements carry annual caps of 50 million yuan for property management services and 20 million yuan for landscape engineering services.
The company also disclosed a breach of Hong Kong listing rules after it continued the transactions following the expiry of the previous agreements on Dec. 31, 2025, without obtaining the required approvals.
Ronshine attributed the breach to an administrative oversight and said it has strengthened its internal controls.
Shares of the property developer were down 2% in recent trade.
