Rokae (Shandong) Robotics Group (HKG:3752) raised HK$810.5 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong after setting the IPO's offer price at HK$38 per H share, according to a Wednesday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The robotics company issued 23 million H-shares.
The Hong Kong public offer was 156.58 times subscribed, with a final allocation of nearly 2.3 million shares, representing 10% of the total offering.
The international offering was 11.96 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 20.7 million shares, or 90% of the total offering.
Rokae Robotics is debuted on the Hong Kong bourse on Thursday, July 9.
