Robo.ai Completes Acquisition of Neurovia AI; Shares Up Pre-Bell

Robo.ai (AIIO) shares were up 36% in Monday's premarket activity after the company said it has completed the acquisition of Neurovia AI.

Neurovia AI, a visual data processing and compression technology company, plans to advance the commercialization of its platform through data infrastructure licensing, enterprise-level SaaS, and smart city solutions, Robo.ai said.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Replimune Says Evaluating RP2 for Metastatic Uveal Melanoma in Phase 2/3 Trial; Shares Up Pre-Bell

Replimune (REPL) said Sunday it is now evaluating RP2 in combination with nivolumab for metastatic uveal melanoma in a phase 2/3 trial based on results from the phase 1 trial.The company said in its phase 1 first-in-human trial, RP2 monotherapy achieved an objective response rate of 19% in patients with advanced solid tumors. RP2 in combination with nivolumab had an objective response rate of 19.1%, it said.In uveal melanoma, the pooled objective response rate, which included RP2 in combination with nivolumab and RP2 monotherapy, was 33.3%, it said.The phase 1 first-in-human trial had enrolled 85 heavily pretreated patients with advanced solid tumors, including uveal melanoma, colorectal cancer, head and neck cancers, pancreatic cancer, cutaneous melanoma, and sarcoma, the company said.Shares of the company were up over 13% in Monday's premarket activity.Price: $9.90, Change: $+1.21, Percent Change: +13.92%

Revolution Medicines Says Phase 3 Daraxonrasib Trial Shows Survival Benefit in Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

Revolution Medicines' (RVMD) phase 3 data for daraxonrasib showed improved overall survival and progression-free survival compared with chemotherapy in previously treated metastatic pancreatic cancer, the company said late Sunday.The phase 3 trial met all primary and key secondary endpoints, with daraxonrasib reducing the risk of death by 60% and increasing median overall survival to 13.2 months from about 6.6 months with chemotherapy, Revolution Medicines said.The once-daily oral therapy was generally well tolerated with a manageable safety profile, the company said.Revolution Medicines said it plans to submit data from the trial as part of its new drug application to the US Food and Drug Administration.Shares of Revolution Medicines were up over 10% in Monday premarket trading.Price: $174.50, Change: $+17.02, Percent Change: +10.81%
