Ricoh (TYO:7752) and its Asia-Pacific subsidiary have closed the acquisition of Global Vision Multimedia, a specialized AV and multimedia integration firm, following strategic partnership talks that began in January.

The deal accelerates the company's expansion of workplace services across the region by integrating Global Vision's end-to-end capabilities and ongoing support for multimedia products, according to a statement on Ricoh's website on Tuesday.

Founded in 2016, Global Vision brings over 140 regional experts and a strong track record of serving multinational corporations and leading enterprises, with particular strength in centrally managing complex, cross-border projects.
