Richardson Electronics (RELL) said Wednesday it is launching a strategic partnership with NoMIS Power, a provider of silicon carbide power semiconductor technologies.
Richardson said it will expand its portfolio of power products by using NoMIS Power's technologies.

Richardson shares were up over 8% in late morning trading.
