Revolution Medicines (RVMD) is expected to implement a rapid launch of its Rasonque therapy for metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma following US Food and Drug Administration approval, Wedbush Securities said in a note Thursday.
In an investor call, analysts said the company noted that about 60% of patients are currently treated in community healthcare practices and the rest in the academic setting, with substantial efforts underway to educate potential prescribers.
The brokerage said it expects Revolution Medicines to post 2027 revenue of $1.34 billion, compared with FactSet consensus of $1.03 billion, with about 2,000 patients treated under the expanded access program as of early August transitioning to commercial supply over the next two months.
Wedbush retained an outperform rating on the stock and increased its price target to $225 from $201.
