Revolution Medicines' Rasonque Approved by FDA for Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

Revolution Medicines' (RVMD) Rasonque (daraxonrasib) has been approved for the treatment of metastatic pancreatic cancer, the US Food and Drug Administration said Wednesday.

The approval is for treatment of adults with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma, who have received at least one prior systemic therapy or are not candidates for multiagent systemic therapy, the FDA said.

The most common side effects of the drug are rash, diarrhea, stomatitis, nausea, fatigue, among others, according to a statement.
