Reservoir Link Energy (KLSE:RL) unit RL Kenyalang Solar agreed to develop a 200-megawatt-alternating current solar photovoltaic facility in Sarawak, Malaysia, with a development cost of 570 million ringgit.
Under the deal, RL Kenyalang will design, build, own, operate and maintain the facility and sell its net electrical output to SESCO, according to a Thursday filing.
The agreement will run for 30 years from the facility's commercial operation date, which is targeted for Dec. 31, 2029.
