Replimune (REPL) said Monday it has priced an underwritten offering of about 9.7 million shares at $12.06 per share and, in lieu of shares to some investors, pre-funded warrants to buy roughly 2.7 million shares at $12.0599 per pre-funded warrant, for gross proceeds of about $150 million.
The offering is expected to close Tuesday, the company said.
Replimune shares were up past 6% in early trading.
