Reliance Worldwide to Report Positive Fiscal 2026 Results Led by Americas Segment, Jarden Says

By

Reliance Worldwide (ASX:RWC) is expected to report positive fiscal 2026 results on Aug. 18, with adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of around $249 million, Jarden said in a late Tuesday note.

The results will likely be led by the Americas segment, where the investment firm expects pricing measures from tariffs to drive higher margin accretion than expected.

Activity in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa likely remained subdued through the second half of the fiscal year, especially across the UK plumbing and heating business, Jarden said.

Meanwhile, resin price increases should support fiscal second-half Asia-Pacific (APAC) sales and provide upside risk to margins across the region, but the timing and magnitude are unclear.

Copper sensitivity will likely be another area of focus, as Reliance Worldwide's profit and loss exposure to the metal should decline from the first half of fiscal year 2027 as APAC brass manufacturing closes and sourcing shifts to lower-cost Asian supply, with stainless steel and other materials representing an increasing share of the company's product portfolio, the equity research firm said.

Jarden maintained an overweight rating on Reliance and raised its price target to AU$4.25 from AU$4.10.

The company's shares gained 2% in recent Wednesday trade.
