Relaxo Footwears Declares Final Dividend; Shares Surge 16%

The board of Relaxo Footwears (NSE:RELAXO, BOM:530517) has recommended a final dividend of 3.50 Indian rupees per equity share of face value of 1 rupee each for the financial year ended on March 31, according to a Friday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The record date for deciding the eligible members for the dividend has been fixed as Sept. 18.

The company's shares jumped over 16% in recent trade.
