Regis Healthcare (ASX:REG) appointed Stuart Hooper as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Hooper most recently served as CFO at Bupa Asia Pacific, the filing said.
Hooper will succeed Rick Rostolis, who will retire on Aug. 31, the filing added.
