-- Redsun Properties Group (HKG:1996) again extended the early fee deadline under its restructuring support agreement to May 22 from April 24, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The base fee deadline was also postponed to June 5 from May 8.
The move provides certain creditors additional time to complete their internal processes to accede to the agreement.

For our SOTP model, we presume the oilfield services business (about 50% of BKR's franchise) to be valued at about 10x projected 2027 EBITDA (in line with major peers) and its industrial energy technology business (the other 50%) valued at 14x projected 2027 EBITDA (in line with the peer median). This blended approach, yielding a 12x multiple, implies a value of $73 per share.
