RedPlanet (KLSE:RPLANET) signed an underwriting deal with UOBKH for its IPO shares, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.
UOBKH will underwrite 40.3 million issue shares available for application by the Malaysian public and eligible persons, the IT services provider said.

Viva Goods (HKG:0933) has purchased 29.6 million shares of Chinese sportswear giant Li Ning (HKG:2331) for HK$398.4 million as an investment, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.The company said it bought the shares through open market transactions at an average price of HK$13.45 apiece.Following the transaction, Viva's stakeholding in Li Ning rose to 16.9%, with ownership of 437.2 million shares.
