Recruit's Profit Climbs 22% in Fiscal Year 2025

Recruit's (TYO:6098) profit attributable to owners of the parent rose 22% to 496.9 billion yen for the fiscal year 2025 from 408.5 billion yen a year earlier.

The employment agency company's earnings per share increased to 347.59 yen from 268.32 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.

Revenue jumped 3.9% to 3.697 trillion yen for the period ended March 31 from 3.557 trillion yen in the prior year.

It declared a final dividend of 12.50 yen per share.

For the fiscal year 2026, the company expects attributable profit of 623 billion yen, basic EPS of 447.00 yen, and revenue of 4.030 trillion yen.

Recruit plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 13 yen per share each, which is higher than the amount paid the prior year.
