Ramsay Health Care (ASX:RHC) completed the acquisition of the assets and operations of National Capital Private Hospital from Healthscope Group entities for a net purchase price of AU$251 million, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The acquisition was funded through the company's existing debt facilities, the filing added.
