Rakus (TYO:3923) will borrow 4 billion yen from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. to fund its additional share acquisition of Plus Alpha Consulting.
The three-year loan, set for drawdown on Aug. 27, is repayable in equal principal installments, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.
Separately, the company secured a 10 billion yen special overdraft facility for working capital, maturing in one year.
The share transfer for the Plus Alpha acquisition is scheduled for Aug. 28, pending regulatory review.
