RailTel Corp. of India (NSE:RAILTEL, BOM:543265) received a letter of acceptance worth 156.7 million Indian rupees from the senior divisional signal and telecommunication engineer, Jodhpur, for railway signaling work, according to a Sunday filing on Indian bourses.
Shares of the company fell over 2% in early trade on Monday.
The order involves providing double distant signals in the Jajiwal-Nawa City section of the Jodhpur railway division of North Western Railway, the filing said.
The project is scheduled to be completed by May 13, 2027, it added.
