Qube Says Rubik Australia Acquires All of Its Issued Shares

Qube Holdings (ASX:QUB) said Rubik Australia acquired all of the issued shares in the firm, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

Macquarie Group's (ASX:MQG) Macquarie Asset Management, together with its managed funds and co-investors including UniSuper and Pontegadea, completed their investment in Qube via a scheme of arrangement, valuing Qube at around AU$11.7 billion, per a separate statement.

Macquarie Asset and its co-investors will work with Qube's team on the next phase of the company's growth strategy.

UniSuper also received shares in Rubik Australia, in respect of the UniSuper specified shares as scheme consideration.

Trading in Qube shares on the ASX was suspended from the close of trading on July 8, and Qube will be removed from the official list of the ASX from the close of trading on Aug. 17.

Sunwoda Electronic to Invest 4 Million Yuan to Set Up Joint Venture

Sunwoda Electronic (SHE:300207) agreed to invest 4 million yuan to establish a joint venture with three other investors, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.The venture, Shenzhen Xincheng Digital Services, will have a registered capital of 10 million yuan and will be developing software and services related to blockchain technology and other internet services, as well as offer services in engineering and technology, natural sciences and industrial design.The company will own 40% of the venture.Shenzhen Dianlian Technology, Shenzhen Li'an Technology and Shenzhen Xincheng Zhiyuan Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) are the other joint venture partners, holding 20%, 10% and 30%, respectively.The lithium-ion battery maker's shares fell 1% during the morning trade.

Doosan Fuel Cell Wins Four Fuel Cell System Supply, Services Contracts; Shares Jump 8%

Doosan Fuel Cell (KRX:336260) secured four fuel cell system supply and service contracts from YH Power 1 and YH Power 2, according to several filings with the Korea Exchange on Thursday.The fuel cell system supply contract and a long-term service agreement (LTSA) for fuel cell systems with YH Power 1 are valued at 31 billion won and 28.8 billion won, respectively. The contract for the fuel cell system supply is valid till March 31, 2028, and the LTSA is valid till March 31, 2048, the filing said.The fuel cell system supply contract and the LTSA for fuel cell systems with YH Power 2 are valued at 29.6 billion won and 27.5 billion won, respectively. The contract for the fuel cell system supply is valid till March 31, 2028, and the LTSA is valid till March 31, 2048, it said.Shares of Doosan Fuel Cell added nearly 8% in recent trade.
