Quantgroup (HKG:2685) completed the validation of multiple categories of artificial intelligence technology in catering consumption scenarios, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

During the R&D and testing phases, the technologies demonstrated consistent and stable performance, the e-commerce platform operator said.

MMG Unit to Obtain Logistics Services from Affiliate

MMG (HKG:1208) unit Khoemacau Copper Mining agreed to obtain logistics services from Minmetals Shipping (Singapore) from time to time, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.Under the contract, the firm will receive international sea and overland shipping, logistics, and transportation services for a Khoemacau copper mine in Botswana from time to time for two years.Minmetals Shipping is a subsidiary of China Minmetals, the ultimate controlling shareholder of the firm.

Dickson Concepts' Full-Year Profit Rises 26%; Dividend Declared

Dickson Concepts (International) (HKG:0113) recorded an attributable profit of HK$248.9 million for the year ended March 31, up 26% from HK$198 million a year prior, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.Earnings per share jumped to HK$0.645 from HK$0.504 in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.The luxury goods company's revenue for the year increased 3.5% to HK$1.99 billion from HK$1.92 billion in the year-ago period.The firm attributed the higher profit to an exchange gain from the revaluation of its assets denominated in US dollars, a rise in retail turnover, and an increased profit contribution from its investment portfolio.The firm recommended a final dividend of HK$0.25 per ordinary share, compared to no dividend the previous year.The dividend will be paid on or around Aug. 21 to shareholders of record on Aug. 14.
