Plumbing systems provider QTCG (SET:QTCG) has appointed Ekathip Thipphawang as the chief financial officer of the company with effect from Sept. 1, according to a Tuesday filing to the Thailand stock exchange.
He succeeds incumbent CFO Pincha Chaisam, who resigned from the position with effect from Tuesday.
The company's shares were down over 6% in Wednesday's trade.

Lakala Payment (SHE:300773) has decided to terminate its proposed secondary listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Exchange, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The digital payment service provider initially approved the overseas listing plans in August and September 2025.However, due to changes in the market environment and adjustments to its plans, the board voted at a meeting on Tuesday to scrap the plan.
