Qnity Electronics Collaborates With University of Delaware

Qnity Electronics (Q) said Thursday it has launched a partnership with the University of Delaware College of Engineering to address real-world manufacturing and operational challenges.

Under the partnership, University of Delaware engineering students will work alongside Qnity technical leaders on capstone projects, the company said.

The company said it is introducing an extended work-study program that will give students hands-on industry experience through automation projects.

Qnity said it may also collaborate with UD faculty on semiconductor materials research and draw on specialized facilities.

Shares of Qnity were up 6.5% in Thursday trading.
