Qingling Motors (HKG:1122) entered into three repurchase agreements with a road freight transportation company for 65 new energy vehicles, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Shares of the company rose more than 2% in Wednesday's midday trade.
The maximum aggregate repurchase price is expected to be 15.1 million yuan, the company said.
The vehicles were leased by Wuhan Xinxiang Anda Logistic from Chongqing Transportation Equipment Financial Leasing under finance lease agreements.
