Qingdao East Steel Tower's (SHE:002545) acquisition target obtained government mining rights for a phosphate mine in Yunnan, China, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The facility has a mining area of 5.5253 square kilometers, with mining rights valid for 15 years, the filing said.
The listed company's planned acquisition of a 72% stake in Kunming Diyin Mining has not yet finalized, the filing said.
