Qantas Airways (ASX:QAN) logged AU$0.957 in underlying EPS for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$1.098 a year ago, a Thursday filing showed.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected AU$0.9437.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue and other income was AU$25.52 billion versus AU$23.82 billion previously, the Australia-listed airline operator added. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$25.61 billion.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.198 per share, payable Oct. 14 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 16. For fiscal 2025, it paid a final dividend of AU$0.165 per share and a special dividend of AU$0.099.
The company said it decided not to proceed with the additional AU$150 million on-market share buyback program disclosed in February.
Qantas expects both its domestic and international total unit revenue to increase by about 8% to 10% in the first half of fiscal 2027 compared with the same period a year earlier.
