Qantas Airways (ASX:QAN) will double its flights between Brisbane, Queensland and Koror, Palau to two return flights a week over the peak season from December after signing a new agreement with the Australian government, according to a Wednesday statement.
The second weekly flight will operate from December to the end of March 2027, operated by a Boeing 737-800, and it will depart Brisbane on Wednesday and Saturday, and return from Koror on Thursday and Sunday.
The airline's shares fell past 1% in recent trading on Wednesday.
