Puya Semiconductor Shanghai (SHA:688766) plans to acquire the remaining 49% equity of Nuoya Changtian from Zhuhai Nuoyan, Yuanhe Puhua and Hengqin Qiangke.
The deal, valued at 247.1 million yuan, will be funded through a combination of shares, convertible corporate bonds and cash.
After completion, Nuoya Changtian will become a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Shares of the semiconductor device producer rose 10% in recent trade.
