Puravankara (NSE:PURVA, BOM:532891) said wholly owned subsidiary Starworth Infrastructure & Construction received a letter of intent worth 1.33 billion Indian rupees from Sion Eden Developers, according to an Indian bourse filing on Wednesday.
Shares of the company rose nearly 1% on Thursday.
The contract is for civil and structural works at the Embassy Eden project in Bengaluru and is scheduled to be executed over 34 months from the date of site handover, the filing said.
