Pulsar Helium (PLSR.L) said Thursday that ABCrescent Cooperatief sold 33,875 common shares and 5 million units in the company, reducing its interest.
Following the disposal, the significant shareholder holds 8.2 million shares in the helium exploration and development company, or a 4.4% stake.
