Pulsar Helium Says Minnesota Regulation to Limit Helium-Focused Gas Wells

Pulsar Helium (PLSR.L) said Thursday Minnesota Governor Tim Walz signed new legislation updating the state permitting processes for gas extraction projects in Minnesota, US.

The primary helium company noted that the new laws limit helium-focused gas well activity to Cook, Lake, and St. Louis counties; prohibit oil wells, hydraulic fracturing in gas wells, and allow the sale of carbon dioxide produced during helium production.
