PSS's (TPE:6914) subsidiary, Horng Suey Marketing, has adjusted the terms of its asset lease with Cathay Life Insurance for parking spaces at the Cathay Shi-Wei Financial Center, according to a Friday filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
Under the adjustment, the number of leased parking spaces was reduced to 364, comprising 179 motorcycle spaces and 185 automobile spaces.
Meanwhile, monthly rent was reduced to NT$26.2 million.
