PSS to Add Leased Car Parking Spaces at Cathay Life Building in Taiwan

PSS (TPE:6914) unit Horng Suey Marketing will expand its lease of parking spaces at Cathay Life Insurance's Chunggang Business and Trade Building in Taichung, Taiwan, according to a Friday filing.

The lease will increase to 278 automobile parking spaces and 181 motorcycle spaces, from 268 and 181, respectively, after 10 additional automobile spaces are added.

Monthly rent will rise to NT$820,952 from October, from NT$800,952 currently, while the updated right-of-use asset is valued at NT$37.8 million.
