Prudential's (SGX:K6S, HKG:2378) Hong Kong unit will expand its office footprint at Taikoo Place to about 83,000 square feet under a new agreement with Swire Properties (HKG:1972), according to a Wednesday press release.
The insurer, which has been based at Taikoo Place since 2011, will consolidate and expand its operations across One Taikoo Place and One Island East.
