PropNex's (SGX:OYY) attributable net profit declined 3.1% to SG$40.9 million in the first six months of 2026 from SG$42.3 million a year ago, according to a Thursday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.
Earnings per share in H1 contracted to SG$0.0553, versus SG$0.0571 a year ago, the Singapore-based real estate developer said.
Revenue in the six months ended June 30, edged up 0.7% to SG$603.0 million from SG$598.9 million a year ago.
The company's board has proposed an interim dividend of SG$0.05 per share for H1, to be paid on Sept. 11.
"Barring unforeseen events, the Group remains cautiously optimistic about delivering a strong full year performance for 2026," the company added.
