Pro Medicus (ASX:PME) said its US unit Visage Imaging has signed a seven-year, AU$23 million contract with St. Luke's Health System in Idaho for the implementation of its cloud-based Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform throughout the health system, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company said the contract is based on a transactional licensing model with potential upside, providing St. Luke's with a single unified enterprise imaging platform including Visage 7 Viewer and Visage 7 Workflow, with go-live targeted for the first quarter of calendar 2027.
The company's shares were down nearly 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
