Private Land and Property Fund (NZE:PLP) declared a dividend of NZ$0.0075 per share for the quarter ending Sept. 30, according to a Friday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The dividend will be paid on Oct. 2 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 25, per the filing.
The company paid a dividend of NZ$0.0067 per share in the prior corresponding period, an earlier filing showed.
